Warranty  Disclaimer

WE Bicycles  frames are designed and build with the sole intention of flatland riding only. If you ride street or ramps you've purchased a frame not designed or built for that purpose. Our frames are covered with a one year warranty. At WE Bicycles we are manufacturing something we believe in and stand behind 100 percent. Whether you ride every day or once a week we think that the last thing you should have to worry about is the frame you are riding failing. We strive to bring the rider the highest quality in materials, manufaturing and design.

 

First Year of Ownership:
 With limited exceptions your new WE Bicycles frame is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year. That means you ride the frame worry free and enjoy it. If something goes wrong, stop riding the frame and contact WE Bicycles  immediately to explain the situation. Send some pictures, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of what happened. You will then need to ship the frame to WE Bicycles for repair or replacement at our sole discretion.

 

Riders responsability

It is the WE Bicycles frame owners responsability to properly inspect his/her bicycle/frame for damage, cracks defect that can occur from stress caused by vigorous riding before every riding session to protect themselves from potential physical harm caused by any structural failure of We Bicycles products. 

 

Years of Quality Service: 

WE Bicycles frames are designed and built to last. With the proper care and maintenance the frame will serve you well for years.WE Bicycles  understands that you are spending hard earned cash on these frames and that you might want to ride it for a decade or so. Because our frames are well made with the finest materials, fixing them is often an economical option to buying a new frame.

 

Proof of Purchase:
This warranty is, with rare exceptions, extended only to the original owner. You will need to retain copies of all invoices, paypal screenshots, whatever might prove that you are the original purchaser of the frame.

What to do if something goes wrong with your frame:
1. Obviously stop riding the damaged frame, contact WE Bicycles and explain the damage.
2. We'll determine the cause of the damage and resolve the situation after inspecting the damage.

 

Fine Print:
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the frame. Proof of purchase must be presented for eligibility. Repair or replacement is up to the sole discretion of WE Bicycles. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, modification, improper assembly, bike throwing, automobile collisions or any other visibly or obvious signs of misuse. This warranty is designed to protect your purchase and give you give you the assurance that you can ride and progress without having to worry about breaking your frame. Upon receiving your frame you should visually inspect it before assembling it and notify WE Bicycles if you notice anything that may affect the frames performance. Things like missing welds and crooked dropouts are sometimes overlooked during final inspection. It is up to the purchaser to contact WE Bicycles before assembly so that the product can be replaced. After the bike is assembled WE Bicycles  assumes no responsibility for such defects.
